Jessica Holtman...

     Has spent the majority of her life in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati. It was through her primary education she first developed a love for rendering. She spent many years developing her skills before she decided to go forth with higher art education at Northern Kentucky University. Here, she works as a spatial artist, exploring many media in sculpture. In her work, Jessica probes the idea of human interaction and communication, focusing on realism, scale, and color to create conversation. It is through this desire to communicate that Jessica became a member of the creative team. The project opened new doors to understanding one another and allowed many to speak openly and honestly about race. Jessica hopes to continue to work through this concept in her sculptures, with a goal of creating and installing them as public works of art.
